Serving as Chief Financial Officer, Steve has more than 30 years of experience in specialty finance, including over 25 years in the marine container leasing industry. He has extensive expertise in capital markets, asset financing, and scaling leasing platforms backed by institutional investors.

Prior to joining Galaxy, Steve was Chief Operating Officer of Global Container International, LLC, where he was instrumental in growing the company to $1 billion in assets and supporting its successful exit in 2025. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Solar Mosaic, a specialty solar energy finance company, and Chief Financial Officer of Triton Container International Limited, one of the world’s leading container leasing companies.

Steve holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.
