Serving as Chief Executive Officer, Jeff has more than 30 years of leadership experience in marine container leasing and transportation asset finance. He has a proven track record of building and scaling institutional leasing platforms, supported by deep expertise in capital markets, structured finance, and global customer relationships.

Prior to Galaxy, Jeff was Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Global Container International, LLC, where he led the company’s growth from inception in 2018 to $1 billion in assets and a successful exit in 2025. He previously served as President of Beacon Intermodal Leasing, LLC, an earlier container leasing start-up he helped launch and grow into one of the world’s leading container leasing platforms. Earlier in his career, Jeff led the marine container leasing and structured finance practice at BTMU Capital Corporation, the investment banking subsidiary of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. 

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Providence College.
